Earlier this month, #PoohShiesty pleaded guilty to a conspiracy firearms charge that reduced his sentence to a potential eight years instead of life.
When Pooh Shiesty entered the plea change, his lawyer also filed a bail motion. Unfortunately, it was rejected, according to court documents obtained by TSR.
The motion said that because his request changed his circumstances, his situation was different, and his “right to pretrial release under reasonable conditions is a fundamental right under the Florida and federal constitutions.”
Pooh Shiesty’s lawyer also said he is a rapper and “does not pose a danger to the community”. His lawyer went on to mention that Pooh Shiesty has so far complied with his terms. The motion also asked for a $1 million, 10 percent cash bond, but the judge denied the motion.
