Pune-based biotechnology company Mylab Discovery Solutions has announced an exclusive strategic partnership with AstraGene LLC, the UAE’s first molecular diagnostics manufacturing company, to develop automated molecular diagnostics for the UAE and Kuwaiti markets.

Under the agreement, Mylab and AstraGene will jointly develop molecular diagnostic solutions, including reagents, kits and fully automated equipment. The partnership marks Mylab’s latest international market expansion and supports the company’s strategy to make high-quality diagnostics more accessible around the world, a statement released Wednesday said.
This partnership is critical to upgrading laboratory infrastructure in the UAE and Kuwait and supporting the installation of advanced diagnostic systems in laboratories.
