Pure Health, the UAE’s largest integrated healthcare platform, will acquire a minority stake in Ardent Health Services, a leading US healthcare provider based in Tennessee, for a total investment of US$500 million.

The investment is subject to customary closing conditions and will be completed after receipt of all necessary U.S. regulatory approvals.

Buy from EGI

Ardent operates 30 hospitals and more than 200 care centers in six states and employs approximately 26,000 people.
