Q Holding Group has signed two major agreements with Trojan General Contracting to design and build 1,742 villas for the UAE in the Al Samha and West Baniyas areas of Abu Dhabi.
The two agreements follow a partnership between Q Holding and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to develop the two areas in line with Abu Dhabi’s Vision 2030 to build a sustainable city and provide the country’s citizens with advanced housing environment.
Majed Odeh, Group CEO of Q Holding, said: “Our agreement with Trojan to develop these two new projects follows a thorough study of the company’s record in building to the highest standards. Both agreements are Reaffirming our commitment to deliver added value to Abu Dhabi’s economy and society in general. We are confident that the accumulated experience of our partners will ensure that the project is completed to the highest agreed standard within the time frame and budget.”

The scope of work for both conventions includes design, construction and infrastructure development for the final delivery of the projects.

sibanias project
The Sibanias strategic project is planned to be implemented over the next four years. The project will cover an area of about 6 million square meters, build 1,500 villas, and support various necessary infrastructure projects such as roads, social, educational and service facilities, parks and green spaces.
The new Al Samha project will be implemented over 38 months and will cover an area of over 500,000 square meters. It involved the construction of 242 villas, as well as several necessary infrastructure works to provide the project with environmental sustainability and comfort. — trade arab news agency
