Quality Control Officer – Quality and Sustainability
Purpose of work:
The Quality Control Officer is responsible for performing duties involving the collection, analysis of data and working with the team to develop management plans, procedures, quality standards and monitor against agreed objectives.
Key roles and responsibilities:

- Assist line managers in achieving departmental strategic initiatives and goals
Operational Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining, negotiating and agreeing on internal quality procedures, standards and

- Assist in the implementation of the Integrated Management System IMS and related ISO standards and
- Practices in Sector Operations.
- Liaise with departments to establish management plans, business processes, working methods,
- Standard operating procedures and all other relevant documents.
- Conduct quality assurance\facility audits and develop continuous improvement plans
- Operating results.
- Assist in implementing Balanced Scorecard\Performance Management System to measure
- service quality.
- Assist in continuous improvement of departmental processes, service performance SLAs and KPIs
- Assist in the implementation of project management principles and methodologies for an effective PMO
- Assist with sustainable initiatives in operations and identify opportunities
- Energy optimization.
- Solve moderately complex problems; use existing solutions to see problems from new perspectives.Work
- Independently and in cooperation with others.
- Work closely with line managers and cross-functional leaders to resolve resulting unresolved issues
- Activities from the department.
- Assist in preparing management reports and conduct stakeholder meetings to present
- Results and Action Plan.
- Ensure compliance with University information security policies and procedures, and report

qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a quality or business excellence related field.

- Expatriates: At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- UAE Nationals: Minimum 0-1 year relevant experience
