The Queen Elizabeth 2 Hotel’s newest attraction, Traveller’s Cove, has opened, exploring the history of QE2 and offering visitors a variety of exhibits from the ship’s construction in 1967 to its final voyage in 2008 .

This venue provides a great opportunity for residents and visitors to explore the rich history of QE2 and increase their knowledge. The museum is located on deck 1 and is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Admission is free to all visitors, and we encourage everyone to come and explore the extraordinary exhibits and memorabilia on display.

Guests can also explore the stories of the much-loved ocean liner with QE2’s Heritage Tour. The Heritage Tour takes guests back in time to experience what life was like during the voyages of this iconic ocean liner. Visitors gain a unique perspective on British heritage, design and engineering, and the legendary ship’s seafaring history spanning five years.

The tour begins at the main terminal where QE2 memorabilia is showcased. Guests then head to the Midship Lobby, which houses a collection of original murals depicting the history of Cunard dating back to the 1840’s. Tourists will continue to tour the ship and proceed to the ship deck. The Captain’s Bridge offers plenty of photo opportunities, and guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the boat, including the iconic Dubai skyline in the distance.

Tours are available from Tuesday to Sunday at 11:00 am and 5:00 pm and are priced at AED 85 (US$ 23) per person. Offers a variety of tempting set menus including lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. – trade arab news agency
