To fulfill the mission of advancing the Dubai Happiness Agenda, Raayi, the region’s first comprehensive cross-industry business review application, has built an integrated platform that uses innovative technologies to help companies improve the standard of service excellence focused on crowdsourced reviews. This application helps to measure customer satisfaction of companies in various industries.
“Dubai has always maintained its leading position in Arab cities and globally to promote its happiness agenda. As an individual consumer, I would be frustrated by not being able to find the right company to meet my needs. When I came up with Raayi’s idea, I I quickly realized that the integrated platform will have a positive impact on personal satisfaction and happiness levels. Raayi aligns with Dubai’s happiness agenda because our main goal is to ensure that consumers looking for any product or service, they will be able to find a complete supplier List and understand the expectations for quality. This helps avoid dissatisfaction when expectations are not met,” said Stefan Toubia, founder and CEO of Raayi.
Economists at the University of Warwick say that people who are ready to be happy are 11% more productive than their peers. Similarly, Wharton researchers found that companies with happy employees outperform the stock market every year. An extensive study in the British Medical Journal followed people for more than 20 years and found that their happiness also affects other people in their network.
Raayi will promote changes in happiness in Dubai. This change is driven by crowdsourcing authentic reviews, implementing a clear strategy for HX (Happy Experience), and providing companies with an easy-to-use platform to connect and improve standards for their operations and customer experience.
“As an easy-to-use cross-industry platform where people can share reviews, search, rate, and connect with local businesses, Raayi aims to support the efforts of the Emirates and increase happiness levels and experience by improving customer service standards. This is not only for consumption. People and companies provide the highest level of happiness and allow us to contribute to the journey of becoming the happiest and smartest city in the world,” Toubia added.
Raayi is primarily a platform that features credible reviews of real people who can share their experience of the brand and serve as a guide to connect businesses from all walks of life to communities and consumers. The app allows searching by store name, business type, price range, area, etc. It contains real reviews from consumers in 17 different industries, which are further subdivided into more than 800 different sub-categories.
