Ras Al Khaimah [United Arab Emirates]April 3 (ANI/WAM): Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al QasimiRas Al Khaimah Supreme Council Member and Ruler, today received a group of graduates in the presence of Sheikha Amneh bint Saud Al Qasimi, Chairman of Ras Al Khaimah Investment and Development Office Stanford University In the U.S.
Sheikh Saud welcomed the graduates and discussed with them the importance of higher education and lifelong learning in enabling individuals to keep up with the rapid developments and challenges facing the world.
During the meeting, Sheikh Saud said that one of Ras Al Khaimah’s main goals is to continuously improve the level of higher education in the emirate, equip young people with knowledge and understanding, contribute to the sustainable development of the UAE, and help create a Bright future for future generations.
The Ras Al Khaimah Ruler added that building the skills of young people and preparing them for the future is a priority for the emirate, as the measure will help boost the country’s economy.
During the meeting, Stanford graduates expressed their appreciation and gratitude to Sheikh Saud for his hospitality. (ANI/WAM)
