Rick Rose He and Briana Singleton have been arguing about a paternity test case, and it seems that the case is finally over. It has been more than a year since Rose and Singleton brought their issues to court after Brianna accused Rick of not paying child support, and the two finally reached an agreement.
According to TMZ, the judge in the ongoing paternity test case approved Rose’s request to pay $11,000 a month in child support for the three children he shared with Brianna. The legal document also states that if the child exceeds $7,560, Ricross has agreed to pay for the child’s health insurance and extracurricular activities.
Rose also agreed to pay Brianna a $25,000 legal fee check.
As we reported earlier, Singleton filed a lawsuit against Rose, claiming that he did not make any arrangements to pay for their children’s support. According to reports, Brianna is discharged from the military due to a physical condition and is seeking Rose’s help to take care of their children. At the time, Briana and Rick had two children, one on the road.
Recent court documents filed in the case listed Ross’s monthly income of $585,000 and Brianna’s monthly income of $142.
In addition to the legal drama, Rick Ross also publicly embraced his children, including the two children in his previous relationship. He recently gave away his Wing Stop franchise on his son’s 16th birthday.
Neither Rick nor Briana publicly commented on the closure of the case, but we hope that their families will go well during this time.
