Rixos Premium Dubai, part of Rixos, the world’s fastest growing luxury hotel chain, recently announced the promotion of Sandy Hartak to Front Office Director.
Hartak will now oversee all aspects of the hotel’s front-of-house operations, including customer service and guest satisfaction. He will also be responsible for ensuring that all employees receive proper training on company policies and procedures and developing new programs to improve customer service and increase revenue. Prior to this role, Hartak was Front Office Manager for Rixos Premium Dubai since February 2019.
Originally from Syria, Hartak worked for a year as a guest service agent at Movenpick IBN Battuta Gate Hotel before joining the Rixos family in 2012 as Head of Front Office at Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites.
During his 11 years at Rixos Hotels, Hartak has shown his great talents in various roles including Night Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager. He brings a wealth of experience to the new role, his experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of the Rixos brand make him the perfect fit for the new role. His aim is to continuously improve the standard of hotel offerings and in the process further increase customer satisfaction.
