Rovio Entertainment Corporation (the “Company”) has received notice from Invesco Ltd. pursuant to Section 5 of Chapter 9 of the Securities Markets Act. According to the notice, Invesco Ltd.’s shareholding and voting rights in the company were reduced to the 5 percent threshold on February 6, 2023.
After the transaction, Invesco Ltd. owns 2.97% of the company’s shares and voting rights.
