Salesforce is the global leader in customer relationship management (CRM) with a 46% year-over-year growth in its Middle Eastern partner ecosystem as of the end of Q1 FY2024 (January 31, 2023).
During the same period, Salesforce certifications increased by 51.5%. Additionally, the company expects to create 20,300 new jobs and $3.9 billion in new business revenue by 2026.

Salesforce personally convened more than 3,000 delegates, including customers and partners, for the event at the Madinat Jumeirah Convention Center in Dubai. At the event, keynote speakers, including Nicault, shared insights into Salesforce’s Middle East strategy and how its latest innovations in AI, data, and CRM are helping customers transform while providing Salesforce partners with opportunities for growth.
Fifteen Salesforce customers from industries as diverse as real estate, energy, banking, and telecom attended, providing attendees with key insights into how Salesforce Customer360 can help them succeed and transform their operations in this space.

The event was Salesforce’s first opportunity to showcase its latest innovations in the Middle East. Solutions it showcased included Einstein GPT, which uses generative AI to create personalized content in each Salesforce cloud for improved employee productivity and better customer experiences; and Data Cloud, which aggregates and harmonizes data from multiple sources , to provide a single profile of the customer. The data cloud is essentially the intelligent core of Customer360, transforming an organization’s ability to understand customers, deliver personalized activations, and drive efficiencies.
Sales Cloud, which uses real-time data from Data Cloud and Einstein AI to help teams maximize sales opportunities and meet growth goals. Salesforce also introduced its ChatGPT app for Slack to customers. Built by OpenAI on the Slack platform, the app leverages ChatGPT’s powerful generative AI technology to bring instant conversation summaries, research tools, and writing assistance directly into Slack, putting AI productivity at the fingertips of tens of millions of office workers.
The event features over 25 sessions, including breakout sessions focused on: Connecting Your Data and Using the Data Cloud to Take Action, Using Slack to Enhance Customer Engagement, Initiating Your Customer 360 Journey, Business in a Rapidly Evolving World transformation etc. There is also a special focus on specific industries, including retail, manufacturing and automotive, financial services, and travel and tourism.
