After announcing 12 new real estate projects, UAE-based Samana Developers has launched its first two projects – Santorini and Mykonos – at Dubai Studios.
The designs and names of the projects were inspired by two popular Greek islands off the coast of the Aegean Sea – Santorini and Mykonos. Thus reflecting the architecture of the Greek islands.

The AED150 million ($41 million) Samana Santorini will span 193,927 square feet and feature 157 apartments ranging from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with private pools.
The G+4 residential project has main facilities including infinity pool, leisure pool deck, swimming pool, children’s pool, private pool and other water features besides green areas, health club, jacuzzi, steam room, children’s play area, outdoor cinema, BBQ zone, valet parking and 27/4 security.
In early 2023, Samana Developers announced an optimistic outlook for 2022, with plans to launch 12 new projects this year, including five-star properties.
Santorini and Mykonos are the first two of 12 projects planned for this year, its top official said.
“We commit to new concepts and bring them to life. That’s what we promise every time. Just like we pioneered private pool and resort lifestyle concepts in residential condominiums, we will create an island design in our new projects and feel,” said its chief executive, Imran Farouk.
“The outbreak of Covid-19 has prompted us to choose island designs where people live in a healthy and sustainable environment. In the design of our Santorini and Mykonos projects, we combined efficient in terms of environmental characteristics and energy,” Farooq said.
“In Samana Mykonos, we have added extensive water features, green areas and solar panels for internal power generation. Also, we have created an island-like living with plenty of water, fresh air and plantations. Island-Living is a new concept in Dubai real estate that European buyers love and feel at home,” he added. The Dh170 million Samana Mykonos is the second project in Dubai Studio City. The G+5 Mykonos residential project spans over 197,430 square feet with 198 units.
With an array of amenities at Mykonos, from valet parking to leisure decks, swimming pools to jacuzzis, solar panels, rooftop theaters and private pools for all apartments, the project has everything you could want in a luxury property.
Handover of Samana Mykonos is scheduled for July 2025.
To bring added value to investors, Samana Developers said it has introduced a new income-generating mechanism for its homebuyers. It added that buyers could convert their apartments into holiday homes and sublet them to tourists and tourists.trade arab news agency
