Scarlett Johansson’s ‘Iron Man 2’ feud with Gwyneth Paltrow rumors put to rest

Scarlett Johansson quelled rumors of a feud with co-star Gwyneth Paltrow in their hit MCU movie, Iron Man 2.

During her recent sit down with host and Marvel co-star Paltrow good podcast Johnson clarified the facts surrounding speculation that she and Paltrow clashed in the Marvel movie.

During the podcast, Paltrow also brought up old rumors of her feud with Johnson Iron Man 2.

“Is this a rumour?” Johnson said. “You were so nice to me in that movie. I freaked out. You were so nice to me! You could have been so bad. I was so out of place in that movie. I never did anything like that What’s more, you have established such a deep friendship.”

Paltrow added she was ‘happy to have another woman by her side’ while filming Iron Man 2.

“You keep telling me,” Johnson said. “And then I went through that too. When I did ‘The Avengers,’ I was one of the few.”

“It’s like a big sausage party,” she continued.

Elsewhere in the interview, Johnson mentioned that she’s not interested in making an MCU movie.

“I’m done,” Johnson said. “That chapter is over. I did everything I had to do. It’s been such a unique experience to come back and play a character over and over again over the last decade.”
