Through a “special arrangement,” the district will hold mailboxes for gift lovers of all ages through Dec. 20. Those wishing to hear back should send their correspondence by Thursday 15 December – with a clear return address.

“With North of the River’s program, it’s easy to bring the magic of the holidays into your home,” NOR general manager Monya Jameson said in a news release. “Build family memories together—write a letter, build a wish list , or draw a picture! We’ll make sure Santa gets it; he’ll probably just write back to you!”

The large red mailbox located outside the RiverLakes Ranch Community Center at 3825 Riverlakes Drive is always open for mail delivery.

Three NOR community centers—Greenacres Community Center, 2014 Calloway Drive; Rasmussen Senior Center, 115 E Roberts Lane; and Riverview Community Center, 401 Willow Drive—also have mailboxes, which are available indoors from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
