“Utilizing the latest digital solutions and technologies designed to enhance the quality of life will support the business community and bring more prosperity and growth to the economy and society,” he said.
Ali Al Ketbi, chairman of the Ministry of Government Support, welcomed the emirate’s ambitious digital strategy.
“Abu Dhabi government entities have made extensive efforts to contribute to Abu Dhabi’s global position in the digital government space,” he said.
“This collective commitment has yielded remarkable results by focusing on the importance of delivering world-class government experience, all led by innovation.”
The project to migrate all Abu Dhabi government services to the Tamm ecosystem involves 33 government departments.
In the global smart city rankings released in October, Abu Dhabi rose 14 places to 28th out of 118 cities.
The UAE capital also leads the Middle East for the third year in a row in leveraging technology to improve the quality of life for residents.
