4. Ministry of Climate Change and Environment.
5. Department of Community Development.

3. The Securities and Commodities Administration.
4. General Pension and Social Security Bureau.

Sheikh Mohammed said: “Departments that perform well deserve our praise, and we have higher expectations of them in order to achieve our ultimate goal and make the UAE government the best government in the world in terms of providing services. We aspire to achieve 90% customer satisfaction. We believe that our government team can achieve this goal in the fastest possible time in the most effective way.
He added that the under-performing departments are expected to revise their courses and achieve the best results within 90 days, at which time we will reassess their performance to ensure that our main goal, the digitalization of the entire government, is achieved.’
This is not the first time that the ruler of Dubai has publicly disclosed such a list.
