Sheikh Saeed praises Hatta team after reaching UAE Pro League

Dubai: HH Sheikh Saeed bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Hatta Sports Club, expressed his gratitude to H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Al Maktoum, as well as Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed expressed gratitude and gratitude to bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, for his generous care and unlimited support.

In a press release, Sheikh Saeed Bin Hamdan commended the efforts of the chairman and members of the Hatta club board, as well as the technical and administrative bodies and players, who all overcame challenges and performed well to win the First Division title.

This was during Sheikh Saeed Bin Hamdan’s meeting with the Hatta Club delegation at Zabeel Palace in the presence of DSC Secretary-General Saeed Hareb and DSC Assistant Secretary-General Naser Aman Al Rahma.

The Hatta Club delegation was chaired by Ali Mohamed Obaid Al Badwawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hatta Club and Hatta Football Company, and other board members and national team coach Dr. Abdullah Misfer, as well as members of the technical and administrative bodies.

Sheikh Saeed Bin Hamdan was briefed on the preparation plans for the upcoming Pro League season and he has accordingly directed the various agencies to coordinate with the DSC to provide all necessary support for Hatta’s stellar performance in ADNOC Pro.

Sheikh Saeed Bin Hamdan also met the club’s coaches, players and technical and administrative bodies, commending their efforts and good performance, motivating them to perform well next season.

Hatta coach Misifu is willing to take one step at a time after realizing his dream of entering the UAE professional league next season. It was a daunting task midway through the season for Hatta, known for their mountains, when they finished bottom of the league after losing streak in the First Division. However, the infusion of new players in the January transfer window and the confidence gained after two victories have given Hatta the drive to rise to the top.

“We were far behind the leaders at the time, but slowly we started to find our rhythm. First, we closed the gap and that confidence gave us confidence in our standards and instilled the belief that we could fight for the title,” Misfer told gulf news.

Hatta Club had to make changes in all aspects of the game – mental, physical and tactical. None of Hatta’s players were injured, and the coach made the most of that.

“That’s a big advantage to push for the title,” added Misfer.

After entering the professional league, the coach set a very realistic goal for the new season, the most important thing is to keep his position in the top league.

“We are very clear about our goals in the professional league. Our first goal is to find the right players, if we need them, and sign them. We take it one step at a time. So the first goal is to keep our professional league. Position. It is not easy to compete for the championship with the top teams, but the realistic goal is to stay there, which is the key. Hatta Second Vice President Abdulrahim Obaid Al Badawi thanked the club for the support it has received as running a club is a very expensive affair.
