The panelists for the event included Kalpana Iyer, Pan-Indian Actor and Dancer, Althea Kaushal, Bollywood Screenwriter, Leila Masinei, Director, Meta Film Festival Dubai, Hasiba Freiha, Actor and Filmmaker, Mini Sarma Producer (Bollywood /Hollywood/Hollywood/Arabic Cinema) ) and Akil, Butheina Kazim, Founder and Managing Director of Cinema.
‘Women in UAE Film reveals the female voices behind the profession of producing, creating, presenting and promoting film. All the women in the panel were powerhouses and the discussion aimed to showcase their work and professions on a larger platform knowledge. I thank the Indian Consulate in Dubai for giving me this opportunity,” said Ramanan.
