Signature Entertainment reveals key UK, US characters – Variety

Publishing and production company Signature Entertainment reveals four new executive positions in the UK and US

Kristin Ryan joins Signature’s London office as Marketing Director. Ryan most recently served as Head of Family Entertainment Marketing at Studiocanal, where she led the home entertainment distribution of two films from the Paddington series, The Return of the Railway Children and Another Round. She has worked in marketing for eOne and Momentum Pictures.

Meanwhile, Emilie Barra, most recently Head of UK Marketing Agency, is taking on a new role as Head of International Marketing after seven years with the UK marketing team. Barra will be responsible for marketing for international acquisitions and distribution, and oversee marketing for the company’s in-house production.

Caroline Dubourg has joined the new position as Head of Commercial Affairs, responsible for distribution, production, international sales and all areas of the company. Duborg previously held senior positions at Netflix, Lakeshore, TF1 and Gaumont. She will be based in Signature’s Los Angeles office.

Finally, Claire Loewenthal, Signature’s former marketing director, returned to the London office after maternity leave to take on the role of sales director.

Marc Goldberg, CEO of Signature, said: “We are delighted to welcome Caroline and Kristin, two outstanding new hires, back with Claire in new roles. These roles will help Signature in all aspects of its UK and US business going from strength to strength”

Founded in 2011, Signature Entertainment has released more than 1,500 films since its inception, with recent releases including The Fall, Orphan: First Call and The Manor, produced by its US production arm, Signature Films. Signature’s upcoming releases include Toni Collette comedy “Mafia Mamma,” Beatles biopic “Midas Man,” Chris Pine’s directorial debut “Poolman,” John Cena action film “Freelance” and Joe Keery crime drama from Signature Films “Marmalade”.
