Silk Hospitality, a Silk Road Group company and Georgia’s premier hospitality provider, will open an international standard Utsera resort hotel in the Radisson Individuals brand under the Radisson Individuals brand.
The project is part of an ongoing collaboration between Silk Hospitality and Radisson Group. Silk Hospitality will manage the 85-room multi-seasonal Utsera Resort hotel complex under a third-party management agreement finalized on August 25. Utsera Resort will be the first Radisson Individuals branded hotel.
The mid-to-high-end market Utsera Resort will offer multi-season health & spa services.
Located on the banks of the Rioni River in the Racha region, Utsera offers more than 28 spring mineral waters with unique healing properties. The hotel complex is located in a beautiful and charming park with a 900-year-old linden tree recorded in the Red Book.
Utsera Resort’s three-level health and spa will feature a 25-meter enclosed and open-air swimming pool, jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas, steam room and a 500-square-meter gym. At the center, you will receive a variety of medical exams, medicinal baths, massage therapy, detox and wellness programs.
In addition to comprehensive spa services, Utsera Resort’s competitive advantages include healthy food, excursions to spectacular Racha attractions, culture, adventure, food and wine tours, rafting, horseback riding, and more.
More than 20 M Gel investment projects supported by TBC Bank and the “Enterprise Georgia” program are expected to provide more than 100 new jobs for locals.

Utsera Resort is the latest example of Silk Hospitality’s partnership with Radisson Hotel Group. Previously, the two companies have successfully carried out three projects: Tsinandali Radisson Collection Hotel, Radisson Blu Batumi and Radisson Blu Iveria in Tbilisi.
