- Describe your background and the company’s history in detail.
I am a commerce graduate and hold a computer diploma as well. I started my carrier in Mumbai with an export/import unit and moved to UAE in the year 2003 under employment with a well-known group. Later in the year 2009, decided to open a small start-up in the name of Safeway International Moving & Shipping LLC. Now Safeway International becomes a leading name in the shipping, relocation, and removal industry in the UAE.
- What do you want to achieve in the workplace and what does your company expect from its employees?
My main goal is to achieve utmost satisfaction from our valuable clients while giving them maximum care and value for money. In the modern business landscape, employees expect to be treated with respect, to be paid equitably, to trust and be trusted by the people they work with, to feel job security, and to have opportunities to use their skills and abilities in their work.
- What are your greatest company and team asset?
Employees are the most valuable assets an organization has. It’s their abilities, knowledge, and experience that can’t be replaced. We have dedicated 45 employees working under our teamwork.

The country where I am residing is the land of opportunities. Here the honorable Rulers and government is giving such support to invest and grow the business. In addition to this, I have a motivation of generating wealth, a vision of transforming people’s lives, autonomy, and a sense of accomplishment.
- What are some of the obstacles you’ve faced in achieving your goals?
Frankly speaking, sometimes obstacles are given one of the major roles to invest time to research and overcome the problems. Lots of competitions, pandemic situations, etc.

My sense of purpose comes from feeling connected to others. My commitment to others is what it is.
