The next one is next month…
After a six-day holiday, it’s time to return to work. However, if you start to wonder “When is the next public holiday?”, we will not blame you.
Under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, the UAE Cabinet announced the UAE public holidays for 2021 and 2022 at the end of last year.

The next date in the queue is still tentative at this stage, but the Islamic New Year or Hijri New Year is expected to fall on Tuesday, August 12. This means a three-year period for those who usually have Friday and Saturday. Leave on the weekend of the day.
After that, you need to wait until October, when the UAE will celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This means that we should take a day off on Thursday, October 21, to provide another three-day weekend for those who are off on Friday and Saturday.
Anniversary and National Day are the last public holidays in the UAE. We may have a holiday on Wednesday, December 1st, 2nd Thursday and 3rd to create a four-day holiday for those who usually work from Sunday to Thursday.
* Please note that these dates may be changed and confirmed by the relevant UAE authorities
