New joint venture is Sony Music’s first brand dedicated to Israeli talent
Berlin, 26 October 2022 – Sony Music Entertainment Continental Europe and Africa today announced that it has signed a new joint venture agreement with management and record label ONEWAY. Documents to discover and develop new Israeli artists of international appeal. The new joint venture will focus on discovering and signing artists with English-language repertoires, and leveraging Sony Music’s global reach and vast experience to showcase artists to audiences around the world.
One Way. Records was founded by music executives and brothers Josh and Sam Fluxgold. The pair, former managers of Dennis Lloyd, discovered the Israeli singer and songwriter in 2017 and have built the Israeli artist’s historic international success with more than 2 billion streams, various accounts in multiple markets. Various platinum and gold records and multiple sold-out world tours in the United States, Europe and Australia.
