Yahsat plans to launch Thuraya 4-NGS in the second half of 2023.
Al Yah Satellite Communications (Yahsat), the UAE’s flagship satellite solutions provider, announced on Wednesday that it has selected SpaceX’s Falcon 9 to launch Thuraya 4-NGS, its satellite with the latest technology.
SpaceX’s Falcon 9 was selected for its high reliability and advanced performance.
Yahsat plans to launch Thuraya 4-NGS in the second half of 2023 and plans to start operations in 2024.
