Throughout the holy month, sports facilities and entertainment attractions across Abu Dhabi host special events for participants of all ages and fitness levels.

Pura Eco Resort Healthy Iftar
Escape the daily routine and immerse yourself in soothing nature with Pura Eco Resort’s unique Wellness Iftar. This Ramadan retreat runs over two weekends with limited space and includes a series of yoga and meditation classes, as well as a delicious dining experience designed by Emirati chef Faisal Al Harmoodi. Held on March 31st and April 1st, 7th and 8th, guests will have moments of reflection and connection with their inner selves in the enchanting surroundings of Pula Eco Resort.
Tranquility and Jubail Mangrove Park
Stay active and reconnect with nature at Jubail Mangrove Park, clearing your mind and detoxing as you experience native wildlife on a scenic boardwalk. The eco-park will host water activities, yoga classes and creative arts classes. On the water, enjoy a guided kayak experience, glide through the mangroves, take in stunning sunrises and sunsets, and discover native wildlife—or aboard a specially equipped, LED-lit kayak in the new Night Glow experience Sailing in night waters. To promote spiritual reflection, Jubail Mangrove Park offers women-only yoga classes every Monday from 8.30pm to 9.30pm, including Detox Flow with Sound Healing Tour, Yin and Roll and Release, Detox Pu Lati Reset and Breath and Breath Meditation.
