It is back with a brand new menu…
When it comes to high-end French restaurants in town, Bleu Blanc has always been a popular choice. It recently closed for a short break, but now it opens them again in the hotel now called The St. Regis Downtown Dubai (Formerly the Renaissance Hotel).
Visitors can look forward to the same (albeit refreshed) beach chic interiors, including whitewashed tables, cool wooden chandeliers, huge ornate or distressed mirrors, huge lavender walls and sea blue and white tones. There is a cool crunch bar area, cute little tables and benches suitable for large gatherings.
However, what has changed at Bleu Blanc is the chef and the menu. The newly appointed chef Paolo Lostia has created an exciting new menu that includes dishes that make the most of authentic French flavors and served them in a perfect way-Instagram is ready.
This farmhouse-style tavern in southern France offers a comfortable and sophisticated environment, suitable for dining with friends, family and even business guests. It specializes in (but not limited to) oysters and seafood, and offers an extensive wine list that can match your palette perfectly.
The St. Regis Downtown Dubai recently opened in October. The hotel has 298 luxurious rooms and suites overlooking the Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Each luxuriously furnished room has floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding scenery.
