- How did you start your business?
From 2018 till 2020 I was working for Rush Group which is based in the United Kingdom, my office was on a car street and my own apartment. In 2020, when the pandemic started, we decided to rent an office and establish a company, where I became a shareholder of Rush Group and then 100% owner of the company
- What are your goals?
I have a goal every day every week every year, but my final goal is to have a corporation, a worldwide group of companies.
- What is your and your company’s biggest strength?
My company’s biggest strength is Teamwork; I can say that I am leading the best team
- What experiences and steps led you to the place where you are today?
Failure was an experience that led me to prove myself and believes in myself, steps were risks that I was and I am taking till now, if I fail I stand up stronger, I learn and move on, everything depends on your mindset if you let your mind drive you, it will! but that’s your mind, you can drive it the way you want
- Why did this industry interest you and how did you get started?
In 2016 I joined one of the leading and largest companies in the middle east fruits and vegetable market, I was a purchasing officer for mixed items, and I had direct contact with suppliers I learned a lot and I am forever grateful to them, everything I know, I know from them from their leaders.
- Describe the biggest challenge you’ve had to tackle in running your business.
There is no such a thing as the biggest challenge, I believe all challenges measure at same level when you face them, this industry is a roller-coaster with its ups and downs
- Tell us something about yourself that many people you work with don’t know.
Very good question, I recently let my employees fallow me on social media so they can see me outside the office, I give the example that I am a normal human being, I have friends and I like to enjoy life, one life which is filled with a lot of positivity and I give the example that when I started I was just like them
- What is a typical day like for you?
I am a very outgoing person I have a lot of friends, I love spreading positivity and I love people, so most of my time is with them, but there is the time when I like to stay alone and read books or just listen to the music
- Describe a time when you and your team had to think and act strategically.
I and my team always make decisions together and act strategically together, that’s the main drive, that my company has TEAM work!
- What values have helped you overcome challenges in your career?
Tell us about a time that you led others to success. – Respect, loyalty, honesty, and equality, that’s the values I have I never worked for money and I help every single person whoever needs my help whatever is within my power, we all have our purpose in life and I found one, and keep doing it, I would never be a leader if I don’t love people regardless of their race, ethnicity or religion
- Tell us about the upcoming releases we should be aware of. How do you handle rapid growth and scale effectively?
Rush Global is a small/medium fast-growing company we provide similar services as others, but I don’t call that competition, we work together in every industry we all support each other, there is only one difference, they are all man
We have the brand Pomona which is fruit baskets that’s a side business of Rush Global but recently I establish a travail agency in Dubai and in Georgia by the name of “Holiday connect tours and travels ‘’ where we provide luxury trips for royal families, with security and luxury cars with premium service. seminars, events like weddings or and corporate business meetings from GCC countries to Georgia,
And my 4th company which is established now is the business consulting company between Georgia and UAE, if anyone will be interested to open or buy any kind of business or assets, we will be helping them with professional legal devisors
