A teacher shared a video of her showing off a gift one of her students gave her, and the surprising item in the gift bag has gone viral.
Tik Tok user Nicole Mark 28 Shared a video of a teacher, Baidanand her signature gift.
in the videoPaetyn started pulling things out of the bag, starting with a wooden sign that read “Pumpkin Kiss and Harvest Wishes.”
this Gift Moving on to pretty fitting items like body wash, single candy canes and mints, and foam decorating activity kits.
The items then quickly become more unique, like a green reverse Uno card and what she just described as “this”.
One of the most interesting items is described by Paetyn as “a stone with ‘Irish blessings’ written on it, from her to a boy named Levi,” noting, “[I] Don’t know who that is. On the back, ‘Levy, please come to the library after school as soon as possible. ‘”
Paetyn explained that the student scribbled the note and wrote a message to her teacher on it, saying, “You are the best teacher ever, I love you“
Next up is a library book from the school’s “free bookshelf” that doesn’t need to be returned, followed by a half-filled word search book and a really cute homemade card.
Then the teacher reaches for the last thing, says “this is the best part” and pulls out a used curling iron.
Paetyn recounted conversations she had with students asking about it. She asked them, “Why did you give me a used curling iron?”
So how did the students respond? They said, “It’s too bad; I don’t want it anymore.”
The video made people laugh and people commented, “You’re kidding, the best part is half done word puzzle The book is lost. “
Another said, “As funny as it may be, it’s the idea behind it that counts. You must be trying to say a lot [sic] give her. “
For what it’s worth, this is a truly memorable gift.
