Well-crafted community concepta company created in partnership with restaurateur and brewery owner Nate Tomforde and developer Bryan Beal, is working to open Trade Street Socialan entertainment venue in downtown Greer.
While Beal says the plans are flexible, Crafted Community Concepts plans to build more than 6,000 square feet at 315 Trade St., featuring:
- duck bowling
- play golf
- arcade games
- full column
Trade Street Social, expected to open in the spring or summer of 2024, should offer a cocktail menu as well as some food and wine options, Bill said.
In addition to planning the concept, Crafted Community Concepts partnered with Greenville-based Vicinity Capital to provide crowdfunding for the project.
“In short, everything we do, we try to keep that [funding and project] Hyperlocal,” Bill said. “We want to do that across the board wherever we go. We like what Vicinity is doing. They’re going to help us drive some local revenue and get some people who live locally in the Greer area excited about something they can finally invest with us. “

Outside of Greer, the company will open The Pardo Cafe on Mill Street in downtown Inman on June 15. The restaurant will offer a coffee menu, early evening snacks and appetizers, as well as beer and wine.
Crafted Community Concepts is also working on The Mill at the Fountain Inn, a project to transform a former flour mill into a brewery and restaurant. Work on The Mill at Fountain Inn began in March 2023 and the project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
