The 11th SIAL Middle East and Abu Dhabi International Date Palm Exhibition will open in Abu Dhabi in December next year

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA), 11day The Middle East version of SIAL has been released. As one of the largest food, beverage and hotel events in the Middle East, SIAL ME, held concurrently with the Abu Dhabi International Date Palm Exhibition (ADDPE), will be launched by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Corporation from December 7 to 9, 2021.

Both exhibitions will be held in December instead of September to ensure the broader competitiveness of these two pioneering events. The date change will bring a large amount of international participation from major professional companies, decision makers and global experts.

ADNEC’s Capital Events worked closely with SIAL ME and ADDPE’s partners and major exhibitors to reach this decision. After comprehensively assessing the current market conditions and the possibility of international exhibitors being unable to commit to the original September date due to the possibility of travel restrictions in their home countries, it was decided to change the date to support all SIAL ME and ADDPE exhibitors and partners.

His Excellency Saeed Al Bahri Salem Al Ameri, Director of Abu Dhabi’s Department of Agriculture and Food Safety said: “The role of SIAL Middle East in opening up new business prospects for suppliers and buyers has gained importance and success year after year.
