The chief lighting technician sued more than 20 staff from the “Rust” film set after the fatal shooting

In the complaint, it said: “This incident was caused by the negligent actions and omissions of the defendant and each of his agents, their agents, clients, and employers. “The defendant, and each of them, among other negligent acts, failed to implement and maintain industry standards for the custody and control of the guns used on the Rust Set, allowing real bullets to appear on the Rust Set, failing to properly check This subject, before handing the gun to the actors along the chain of custody, allows the gun to be loaded or otherwise contained live ammunition for safety reasons, and fails to comply with the basic gun safety practices of the Rust set. The revolver allowed to be loaded with live ammunition refers to the Rust set. Living people, failed to hire a competent and experienced armorer for Rust, failed to hire enough support staff for the production armorer, and failed to implement appropriate safety standards and measures for Rust film production.”
