The Entrepreneurial Journey Of Prerna Sukhija — A Real Estate Marketing Professional

Prerna Sukhija is the founding member of Home Finder. She is an energetic & very passionate real estate digital marketer and entrepreneur. With effective skills in lead generation, marketing, News Media strategy, and lead qualification, she is a marketing professional in the real estate industry.

Nothing stopped her from achieving great heights in her business. Even though she never had the backup of a mentor or was from a family of business, her pure dedication to her craft and commitment to satisfying every client made her and Home Finder known in the market.

Explain the background of you and the company in detail.

I stepped foot into the Middle Eastern market in 2015. I have worked multiple jobs and hustled my way to one of the recognized organizations in the UAE. All these experiences taught me the importance of marketing. It was not just giving leads and sales but maintaining a healthy relationship with the client, giving them support, and sharing affordable solutions that meet their goals.

Home Finder is a marketing agency catering primarily to the real estate companies of the UAE market. Home Finder provides lead generation services, Digital Brand Management services, supports with Lead verification, and is now venturing out overseas roadshows for its real estate clients.

What are your goals?

To be a recognized Marketing Agency in real estate and be at the forefront of Marketing services for our real estate and clients in other categories.

What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?

We have the upper hand in Client Management. We have realized that clients are not receiving after-sales services in the market. And this had been the core of our business from the start.

What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?

We delivered quality business and services to our clients to the point that we were referred to the UAE real estate community. And that’s how we are here today.

Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?

I personally felt that I could achieve more by having a business of my own. I wanted to personalize the services that I knew would work in this existing industry, and to our advantage, it did.

What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?

Being challenged by one of our biggest competitors in the market. We were at the stage of stopping whatever we were doing after having built everything this far. But we decided to stand on our decision to proceed, and we have achieved greater success henceforth.

I will give you 3 – Never Give Up!

What makes you excited about Mondays?

New challenges. In our industry, every day, there is new learning. The process is tedious, but the outcome and the expertise gained can’t be attained with any money.

What do you value most about your culture and vision?

Working relentlessly toward quality gets you to success. Never lose the quality of your services. Your work will speak for you and result in growth.

Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.

Our recent project targeted an overseas market and conducted a roadshow. We had considerable closings in a matter of few days and were able to deliver new forms of marketing opportunities to our client.

What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?

We work with the team at our client’s end to get the success they aim to get when they hire Home Finder.

What are the key values which helped you to overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership.

My never give up attitude would make me deliver even on unsuccessful projects. I have witnessed clients coming back just for their trust in our services and have attained success since they trusted in my deliverables.

How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?

We expect to be at the forefront of real estate marketing in the UAE market and other industry segments. Furthermore, we are working relentlessly in introducing affordable and highly result-oriented campaigns and also expanding our team to face new challenges.

We are planning roadshows in Singapore as the next market to look forward to and expect to get better results.
