The official celebration of the UAE’s 50th National Day will be held in Hatta on December 2nd – Dubai Blog

The UAE Golden Jubilee Celebration Committee announced that the official ceremony to celebrate the 50th National Day of the UAE on December 2 will be held in Hatta, Dubai. People from all over the UAE will be able to watch the live broadcast on the official website of the UAE National Day and all local TV channels at 5:30 pm on December 2. The spectacular theatrical performance will lead the audience on a journey through the history of this land, and will be open to the public from December 4th to 12th.Limited tickets are now online www.UAENationalDay.ae

Hatta is equidistant from all seven emirates and is an extraordinary historical place, as well as a vibrant and exciting tourist destination. The city has breathtaking natural wonders and scenic landscapes, including dams, lakes and valleys dotted with historical monuments.

The area has witnessed multiple development projects in recent years, with six new projects this year alone. Earlier last month, His Royal Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, revealed a comprehensive development plan in Hatta, which includes the construction of beaches and new lakes, as well as a transportation system on the hillside – Cable car and the longest mountain trail in the UAE. These projects were announced as part of Hada’s 20-year overall development plan.

This 3000-year-old town is a strategic center. It used to be a trade route and border crossing for caravans and travelers connecting people from all over. Hatta represents part of the rich history of the UAE and the story of its people, and is the best place for performances on a fascinating natural canvas.

Earlier last month, the National Day celebrations kicked off 50 days before the UAE National Day to commemorate the country’s golden jubilee milestone. The official celebration of the 50th anniversary of the National Day will be held on December 2 and will last until December 12.
