According to a study by Gallup Global Law and Order Report 2021, the UAE has been officially named the safest country in the world to walk alone at night.
Gallup conducted a survey on a global scale, and out of the possible 100 points, the UAE has reached 95% of the sense of safety of walking alone at night. The country defeated the second-ranked Norway with a score of 93%.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, shared the result on his Twitter account, saying: “Security is a blessing… .. And safety is tranquility, tranquility and life… If a woman wanders day or night without fear at any time, know that she is in the UAE.”
