Every Friday from 1pm to 5pm, relax in the long and luxurious grazing window. Brunch at West Bay pairs a superior bay backdrop with a culinary microphone, starting at Dh325.
The menu implements West Bay’s commitment to bring its large-scale international cuisine to its mouth-appetizers include octopus, burrata, oysters, duck croquette, mushroom and truffle arancini, tacos and sushi.
The main dishes are served directly, including plenty of grilled meat, miso salmon and seafood; authentic British fish and chips with tartar sauce and lemon vegetables; there are also vegetarian and vegetarian options, mushroom and saffron risotto; and porcini mushrooms Mushroom macaroni arabiata.
How about dessert? Try fritters, chocolate fudge cakes, exotic fruits and dulce de leche.
