Dubai: If you’re an adventure lover but can’t get outside due to the summer heat, there are several new indoor attractions you can visit over the long weekend.
From going to the snow park to learning about alligators or enjoying a game of bowling, these new theme parks offer a variety of activities for visitors of all ages. Here are all the options available to you:
Adrenac Adventure
When did it open? – April 21, 2023
what is it? The region’s largest adventure park with nearly 20 attractions and activities including a toddler playground, bungee jumping, a climbing wall and the UAE’s first three-story electric go-kart track.
Where?Al Qana Hotel Abu Dhabi
How to get there: Al Qana Development Zone, which also has national aquariumHotels, cinemas, and other family-friendly venues are located along Al Maqta Street. From Abu Dhabi City, follow the E20 Highway Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street and after the Musaffah Bridge follow the signs for Al Qana. If you are coming from Dubai, take the E11 motorway and then take the E10 exit when you reach the Shahama area. After Al Raha Mall, take exit E22 towards Maqta Bridge/Al Musaffah. Then take the Al Ittihad Street exit to Adrenark Adventure Park.

Where?Al Ghurair Center in Deira, Dubai
How to get there: Al Ghurair Center is located in the heart of Deira, Dubai. Take Salah Al Deen Street D80 towards Fish Roundabout. Al Ghurair Center is located at the junction of the roundabouts.

When it opens – April 24, 2023
what is it? A neon space themed indoor play world for kids and teens. Look forward to ninja lessons, rope climbing, ball pits, and elimination challenges.
Where? Riverland at Dubai Parks and Resorts
How to get there: Dubai Parks and Resorts is conveniently located along Sheikh Zayed Road, E11 Highway. When departing from Dubai, you will be able to see the Dubai Parks and Resorts sign on your left, as well as the park itself. Follow the signs for the resort, then head to Riverland to reach the Neon Galaxy. If you are coming from Abu Dhabi, take the E11 highway, then take exit 5 and follow the signs for Dubai Parks and Resorts.

what is it? One of the largest snow parks in the world, with snow gardens, rides and a “magic” forest.
Where?Ream Mall Abu Dhabi
How to get there: Reem Mall is located on Al Reem Island. Once you reach Al Reem Island, follow Abdullah Omran Taryam Street to the mall.

Sea World Abu Dhabi
When it opens – May 23, 2023
what is it? The first marine life theme park in the region, the park has 5 indoor levels featuring more than 150 species of marine animals including sharks, schools of fish, manta rays, turtles and flamingos.
Where?Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
How to get there: Once you arrive at Yas Island, follow Al Maha Street to Sea World.You may also consider participating in Free shuttle bus ride If you live in Abu Dhabi.

Dubai Crocodile Park
When it opens – April 18, 2023
what is it? The park is home to 250 Nile crocodiles, from juveniles to adults, and visitors can witness the feeding process and visit the Crocodile Aquarium and Crocodile Museum.
Where?Mushrif District, Dubai, near Mushrif Park
How to get there: Take Exit 55 of the E311 Highway (Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road). This will take you to road D83 (Tripoli Street), which leads directly to the park.
In addition to these new attractions, you can also enjoy indoor sports in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The Abu Dhabi Summer Sports Facility offers sports enthusiasts the option of playing indoor football and cricket as well as other indoor activities such as paddle tennis and volleyball. It is located in the diplomatic area of the ADNEC, near Airport Road and Khaleej Al Arabi Street. Free parking is provided.
Similarly, Dubai Sports World Visitors can play basketball, cricket, tennis, cricket and football under one roof. It is located at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC).
