Punjabi BBQ Dubai
Sandeep Ail, head chef of Punjab Grill, won the Chef of the Year award at our 2021 Abu Dhabi Awards. Residents of Dubai can now taste his dishes because the restaurant recently opened at The Oberoi in Dubai earlier this month. The oyster dish (pictured above) is made from coconut pearls and pineapple, topped with gold flakes.
