There are so many things to do in Dubai. Saturday can sometimes be a new Friday. If you want to end the weekend with sweet notes, how about having a sunset brunch in an amazing Japanese restaurant? Aka Dubai just launched a brand new Saturday brunch.
You will find amazing restaurants at The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah. It is decorated in bright fuchsia and chic black, sexy and charming. There are comfortable booths, two-seater tables and a large table in the middle, with huge floral arrangements hanging from the ceiling.
Of course, there is also a cool terrace area, which guarantees you can enjoy stunning sunset views and The Pointe’s famous fountain show. The brand new sunset brunch is served every Saturday from 6pm to 9pm, offering four delicious Japanese dishes, free-flowing drinks and lively music by DJs.
On the menu are AKA’s homemade salad, crispy squid and cream burrata, and then the chef’s selection of sushi. Staples include black cod, spicy seafood noodles and perfectly cooked Wagyu beef tenderloin. The dessert is paired with chocolate fudge and traditional mochi ice cream to make you feel sweet.
‘Sundowner Brunch’ soft drinks are priced at 350 dirhams, homemade drinks are 550 dirhams, and champagne including champagne are priced at 890 dirhams. Other activities throughout the week include Ladies’ Night on Monday, offering three drinks, AED 150 appetizers and sushi, or a couple’s set menu for two with 400 AED sushi and two glasses of champagne.
