This is one of the best around…
The official arrival of December means that we can celebrate all the Christmas joy that Dubai has brought us.Many things are happening throughout the city, from wattWonderland, grottoes and Christmas markets, but one of the most popular places is the Jumeirah Fort Festival Market.
It will return free of charge from Thursday, December 16th, for a period of 15 days until Thursday, December 30th. When it comes to this festive market with the gorgeous Souk Madinat Jumeirah as the background, it spares no effort to pay attention to details, with sparkling waterways and an Arabic atmosphere.
The market is distributed on an open-air market of 1750 square meters, with a huge 36-foot Christmas tree decorated with shiny baubles, stars and candy canes. At the bottom of it is a huge white and red gift, wrapped in ribbon. There is an immersive market that provides shopping and entertainment, including live bands playing seasonal music.
There will be a lot of holiday food and drinks to supplement energy (mulled wine, anyone?). The snow fighting area, bungee jumping, Arctic train and Venice carousel will make the children’s faces shine. Bring Santa Claus and Abra to decorate your own gingerbread house and make good memories.
After the celebration (if possible), you can head to one of the many popular Souk Madinat Jumeirah restaurants nearby for dinner, including Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen, McGettigan’s Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Publique, Folly and more.
