This new Dubai development features a lagoon, gondola and floating cinema

[ad_1]

The project is inspired by different Mediterranean destinations…

In a growing city like Dubai, real estate developers are under pressure to come up with new and exciting ways to attract buyers to new developments. We are happy to be a successful person in a brainstorming session at Damac Properties, because its latest project is full of creativity.

The beautifully designed villas and townhouses are centered around a large man-made lagoon, with white sand beaches, close to Dubai’s Hesa Street. Residents will be able to enjoy fitness and wellness areas equipped with climbing walls, natural ponds and floating cinemas.

The project is called The Lagoons and is inspired by cities such as Venice, Morocco, Santorini, Costa Brava, Nice, Malta, Andalusia and Portofino, each of which represents a different development cluster.

Santorini has a cinema and fitness center, as well as bicycle trails and black sand beaches. In Venice, there will be an interesting center where you can take a romantic gondola and enjoy a waterside cafe.

The Moroccan cluster will be the location of a tranquil center, with an infinity pool facing the lagoon, a yoga and meditation lawn, and a family cabin. Instead, the Costa Brava will have an exciting hub, including ziplining, rock climbing, kayaking, paddle surfing and surfing.

Nice is suitable for young people. The youth center will have bike lanes and skate parks, as well as a quieter area with splash pools and beaches reminiscent of the French Riviera. Malta is also great for children to play and learn, including sensory squares, exploration mazes, camping islands, augmented reality (AR) nature trails, outdoor art exhibitions and interactive water attractions.

Andalusia will have a ladies center with a fully equipped ladies’ dedicated gym, as well as a spa, beauty salon and meditation lounge near the beach. Finally, Portofino will host a work and entertainment center, where business and entertainment complement each other. Residents can host business lunch meetings at the waterside cafe, or organize team building activities such as kayaking, sailing or paddle surfing.

Amira Sajwani, general manager of the sales and development department of DAMAC Properties, said: “Living here is like escaping a much-needed vacation without having to leave the comfort of your home.”

We are still not sure about the launch date of this ambitious project, but you can guarantee that we will start saving money immediately so that we can participate when the time is right.
