Enjoy a selection of grapes while having dinner…
If you want to change the usual status quo in this week’s dinner plan, how does a blind tasting dinner sound? This was launched in the cool North American bar Weslodge Saloon, and you will find it located on the 68th floor of the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel.
A special monthly wine tasting class will start on Tuesday, August 10. In addition to the first-class dinner, you will also learn a wine master class from the North American winery Cuveé3, then put on a blindfold and guess the wine has a chance to win a free brunch.
The menu includes tuna tartare, zucchini capaccio and fresh burrata avocado, followed by whole sea bass and skirt steak with grilled asparagus and Mac n’Cheese in the city. End it sweetly with puffs and mini chocolate fudge cakes.
The dinner will be held on August 10th from 7.30pm to 10.30pm (then it will be held once a month). The price is 280 AED per person and includes a three-course dinner and wine tasting. Whether you are dating or spending an evening with friends, wine tasting is always a good idea.
The restaurant offers panoramic views of the skyscrapers and iconic Burj Khalifa in the surrounding downtown Dubai area. Wesldoge Saloon pays homage to its Canadian roots, mixing old-fashioned hip-hop, 1980s classics, rock and roll and iconic American beats for you to enjoy.
