Tia Murray’s ex Corey Hadrickett says he “loved his wife” when they divorced.
The 42-year-old actor opened up about his feelings after filing for divorce after 14 years of marriage after his wife – who rose to fame with twin Tamera on the Nickelodeon sitcom “Sister, Sister” in the 1990s.
In an Instagram Live Tuesday (10/18/22), he told fans: “This is love, you guys. Really love you guys.”
He added: “I love my beautiful family, I love my kids, I love my wife. Love you all. It’s all love.”
His comments came after Tia, 44, insisted she was “doing great” since the split.
During her Elle Women presentation at the Hollywood Gala, she said: “I’m doing a great job. I’m doing a great job. I feel very lucky and I’m honored to be here.
“I’m committed to empowering and supporting women.”
The “Twitches” star – who has Cree, 11, and Cairo, 4, and her estranged husband – went on to add that since the news.
She explained: “I have to be honest with you, I am overwhelmed by the love and support I have received. I am so grateful for the community and the fans I have.
“My whole content is inspiring and encouraging, and the DMs I get from so many women who are going through the same… [amazing]. I feel so lucky!
“The kids are doing great. Cairo, she’s amazing. She’s amazing… They’re all happy. It means the world to me, my kids.”
Earlier this month, the star revealed she’s splitting from “America: Homecoming” actor Corey, insisting the separation “was never going to be easy,” but she’s looking forward to the future.
She said: “I want to share Corey that I have decided to part ways. These decisions were never easy or without grief. We will remain friends as we raise our beautiful children together.
“I’m grateful for all the happy times we’ve had together and would like to thank my friends, family and fans for their love and support as we start a new chapter in our lives.”
