TIME Hotels Selects Cendyn to Power CRM and Loyalty Programs

TIME Hotels Dubai has selected US-based Cendyn, a catalyst for the digital transformation of the hospitality industry, to provide CRM and customer loyalty programs to its portfolio of hotels in the UAE and beyond.

TIME Hotels already uses Cendyn’s award-winning Content Management System (CMS) and chose Cendyn to help them achieve greater guest personalization through enterprise marketing automation and guest intelligence.

“By layering Cendyn’s industry-leading eInsight CRM and eLoyalty platforms on top of our existing CMS, we can now begin to unlock valuable insights into each guest’s unique preferences, enhance the capabilities of our loyalty program, and create new Touchpoints create enhanced experiences, commented Mohamed Awadalla, CEO of TIME Hotels.

Cendyn’s CRM platform collects data from multiple sources and organizes it into a rich guest profile that provides a 360-degree view of each guest’s interests and behaviors. With CRM’s ability to provide automation, segmentation and extensive reporting, TIME Hotels can now use these insights to drive revenue and create personalities for specific audiences based on past stay history, preferences, loyalty status, guest lifetime value scores and other factors oriented communication.

Cendyn’s comprehensive eLoyalty solution, powered by Cendyn’s CMS, will enable TIME Hotels to build long-term relationships with loyalty members, including a customized membership portal, messaging customized for each guest and full rewards management capabilities. Through these programs, each hotel in TIME’s portfolio will be able to leverage real-time data to create personalized experiences and multi-channel automation that drive revenue and repeat customers.
