The organisers decided to extend the deadline given the huge number of last-minute nominations for this year’s Maritime Standards Awards.
The aim is to completely ensure that everyone who wants to get in has a chance to get in. Therefore, it has been confirmed that nominations will close on August 30. However, TMS highlighted the fact that no further extension was possible.

There are 29 different categories up for grabs for the award, which will be judged by an elite panel moderated by TMS editor Clive Woodbridge.
