Tom believes it is important to have a good support system in place to help understand the best places to invest “time and effort”.
He said: “You wake up every day trying to be your best, understanding that life is stressful and coping with it with a strong support system, understanding and doing some introspection in your life where you can look at yourself and say , where do I need to spend my time and energy?
