Tori Spelling found raising teens to be a “rough” experience.
The 49-year-old actress shares sons Beau, 5, Finn, 10, and Liam, 15, and daughters Hattie, 11, and Stella, 14, with husband Dean McDermott. She admits that raising teens is especially challenging.
She shared: “I have two teens right now, and I’m going to tell everyone: If you haven’t had a teen yet, oh wait. Just when we thought the toddler stage was tough – teenage, anxiety!”
Tori recently hosted the dating series “Love at First Lie” in Malta.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” actress found it hard to spend so much time away from her kids.
She told the Everyday Someone Podcast: “I don’t like to leave my kids and always try to take my kids if I can.”
Meanwhile, Tori previously claimed her skin thickened while in the spotlight.
The actress first appeared in film and television in the 1980s, and Tori has learned how to deal with the interest and speculation surrounding her life.
She explained: “I started at 16 and didn’t know what to expect, it was just more negative than positive at first. That was before people actually saw celebrities, so you didn’t get to know them through reality shows, or, you know, me be able to write a book.
“I learned at a very young age, ‘Okay, keep going, keep going’. So I feel like I’m dead. No, I’m just kidding. Just really thick skin. It’ll still get on you You’re human, of course, but I think you learned to build resistance.”
