The UAE authorities have opened visitor visas and entry permits to travelers on August 30.
The Abu Dhabi Ministry of Culture and Tourism (DCT-Abu Dhabi) has released an updated Abu Dhabi ”Green List”, which will take effect on September 1, 2021 (12:01 AM UAE time).
The following is a complete list of “green” countries, regions and territories that tourists can travel to-if they plan to travel to Abu Dhabi-and will be exempt from mandatory quarantine:
-Albania
-Armenia
– Australia
-Austria
-Bahrain
-Belgium
-Bhutan
-Brunei
-Bulgaria
– Canada
– China
-Comoros
-Croatia
-Cyprus
– Czech Republic
-Denmark
-Finland
– Germany
-Greece
-Hong Kong (Special Administrative Region)
-Hungary
– Italy
-Japan
-Jordan
-Kuwait
-Kyrgyzstan
-Luxembourg
The list may change based on the development of Covid-19 worldwide.

Tourist corridor
In addition, if the traveler has been fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (the last dose was received at least 28 days before the trip), you do not need to be quarantined when traveling between Abu Dhabi and the following locations:
-Bahrain
-Greece
-Serbia
-Seychelles
