Indoor activities are limited to 80% of the capacity…
With the new emergence Covid-19 variant, Omicron, Abu Dhabi’s event season is about to enter a speeding state. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism-Abu Dhabi (DCT-Abu Dhabi) has made a series of updates to its rules and restrictions concerning indoor and outdoor events and weddings.
These updates will of course affect the upcoming public space jubilee celebrations, Formula One and Yasalam post-match concerts, National Mother’s Day and Mubadala Tennis Championships.
The updated title is:
Indoor events and exhibitions
- The activity capacity shall not exceed 80% of the maximum capacity of the venue.
- Visitors can now enter the event if they get a negative PCR test within 48 hours. No green pass is required.
- Green passes, EDE scans at the entrance, requirements for masks, and PCR tests obtained within 96 hours are still applicable to citizens and residents.
