Ahead of its new streaming series “Daisy Jones and the Six,” which premieres on Friday, March 3, Prime Video released a 2:45 trailer for some of the Louisiana-shot projects.

The musical is based on the New York Times bestselling novel of the same name.

“It tells the story of an iconic band of the 1970s, led by two feuding but charismatic frontmen, Daisy Jones and Billy Dunn. They were brought together by their personal and artistic chemistry, Their complex musical partnership catapulted the band from obscurity to fame,” according to the press release. “Then, after a sold-out show at Chicago’s Soldier Field, they abruptly called it quits. Now, decades later, the band members have finally agreed to reveal the truth.”

The series shot last year in New Orleans and Hammond, and also in Los Angeles with Greece’s Athens and Hydra.
